Q: What size are the magnets?
A: We offer several size options from small to large. Our smallest size being 2.13" x 2.57" all the way up to 4" x 5".
Q: What are your photo magnets made of?
A: We use high-quality luster photo paper for a vibrant, semi-gloss finish, paired with strong magnetic adhesive sheets to ensure your memories stick!
Q: Are the magnets durable?
A: Absolutely! Our magnets are made with professional-grade materials designed to last. They’re resistant to fading, curling, and wear over time.
We recommend sticking them to clean, dry surfaces and gently wiping with a soft cloth if needed. Avoid water and direct sunlight for long-lasting memories.
Q: Will the magnet stick to stainless steel fridges?
A: Most of our magnets work on magnetic surfaces, including many stainless-steel appliances. If unsure, test with a regular fridge magnet at home first.

A: All magnets are handmade and shipped from the USA with care and love.
Q: How do I personalize my photo magnets?
A: You can upload your own photos and choose from our design templates to make them uniquely yours!
Q: How can I edit my magnet?
A: You can customize your magnet using our built-in editing tool making it easy! Simply upload your photos then crop/ resize and make sure it is to your liking. Remember to preview before submitting your design. Please note that the fonts and layout shown in our samples are fixed to ensure a beautiful, consistent design.
Q: What happens if my photo is too big or too small?
A: No worries — we’ve got you! If your photo is too large, we’ll resize it to fit perfectly on your magnet. If it’s on the smaller side, we’ll adjust it carefully so your memory stays clear and beautiful. We always make sure to preserve the integrity of your image so your special moment looks its best.

How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Our standard shipping is $4.95, but it's free on orders over $35.00 - YAY!
For our Save the Date magnet, shipping is $9.95 or free when you spend $50.00 or more.
What is your processing time?
Each order is made with care, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your magnets ship out.
Our business hours are Monday- Friday 9am-6pm (EST). Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days; however, in rare cases delays may occur due to supply or volume and we appreciate your understanding with this. Please note that once your package is accepted by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for transit delays or delivery issues.

Q: What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
A: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or local holidays. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us right away through info@qbmagnetics.com, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. For packages suspected to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to start a search. While we cannot guarantee coverage for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we’ll always do our best to make things right, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
A: We get started on your custom goodies super-fast, so changes aren’t always possible — but don’t worry! If you need to tweak something, just reach out through info@qbmagnetics.com as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to help before your order heads into production.

Q: Can I return my custom photo magnets?
A: All sales are final! Because each of our magnets is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on custom items. Before placing your order, please double-check your photos, sizing, and details, as we cannot offer refunds for custom work once production has started.
What if I am not happy with my order?
A: We want you to love your custom magnets as much as we do! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve it, whether that means a replacement or another solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re always here to help.
Q: Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong delivery address?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If you catch a mistake, let us know through info@qbmagnetics.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help fix it!
My magnet doesn't look exactly like the photo on my screen, why?
Color may vary slightly due to differences in screen brightness, printer calibration, and materials. These are normal variations and not considered defects.
